The center empowers individuals and institutions—nationally and internationally—through the use of advanced technologies, such as GIS, remote sensing, machine learning, mobile survey tools, data analytics, modelling, econmetric analysis, decision support system, and publications in high impact journals to enhance planning, implementation, and monitoring of sustainable development initiatives.

Our core focus is to conduct high-quality research and impact evaluations through comprehensive situation analyses, including baseline, midline, and endline studies, as well as feasibility assessments. These efforts guide the design and development of evidence-based processes, systems, products, training materials, and interventions.

We also provide dedicated support for skill and entrepreneurship development, particularly targeting marginalized populations. Our multidisciplinary approach—rooted in social, biological, environmental sciences, and engineering—enables us to address complex societal challenges. By leveraging advanced tools such as ICT, GIS, and data-driven methodologies, we work to improve lives and livelihoods through inclusive, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
