Objective of the study are to: 

• To assess the quality of project development delivery against the key evaluation Criteria (relevance, impact, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, Coordination and Coherence) considering how the project aligned with the Tearfund Quality Standards Specified in the project proposal.

• To assess the project effectiveness, including intended and unintended impact, and the level of adaptation to the changing context in the target project locations.
• To identify key good practices and lessons learnt, including how these have been used throughout the project to improve delivery and to make recommendations for future Programming.
• To justify establish data that support the project’s strategy and to serve as an end data for the M&E framework and future strategies changes need for development.
